국립산림과학원에서 발간한 리기다소나무의 구조용 집성재 이용기술 개발 및 성능향상 보고서 입니다.

윤앤파트너스사에서 산림청 정책연구용역을 받아 2023년 국산원목으로 합판을 제조한 과정을 영상으로 제작했습니다.국산 낙엽송과 리기다 원목 96본(평균직경 24.5cm)을 일본 최신 합판 공장에 투입하여 6 종류 합판 260장을 제조한 영상입니다.7, 12, 18mm 세가지 두께를 제조했고 낙엽송과 리기다를 혼용해서 제조한 합판도 있습니다.제조한 합판은 KS와 JAS를 만족하는 구조용 합판 성능을 지녔고 제조 수율 면에서도 국내에서 했던 시험보다 10~15% 이상 높았습니다.합판의 제조 노하우는 물론 제조 경제성도 확보한 용역 결과였습니다.이로써 국산 소경목, 중경목으로도 구조용으로 쓸 수 있는 합판을 경제성 있게 생산할 수 있다는 것을 증명했습니다. 

마이크로파를 이용한 대경 목재 건조나 활엽수 특수목을 건조하는 파셉이 개발한 국산 건조 장치건조 과정을 기록하고 건조 일정을 관리하는 센서와 컨트롤러가 장착된 제품. 건조시간 단축과 건조 최종 품질에 대해 만족도가 높은 건조 설비.
